Phill Lupton
Gestalt Therapist
Many people come to therapy carrying a quiet, exhausting feeling of being an outsider—a persistent sense of looking in from the edges and believing there is something fundamentally “wrong” about them. Rooted in humanistic principles, my practice in Enfield focuses on genuine self-acceptance rather than trying to “fix” you, because I do not believe you are broken. Through open-ended, collaborative therapy tailored to your pace, I offer a safe space to untangle old self-judgments, ease the isolation of feeling chronically misunderstood, and build a stronger sense of clarity and belonging.
Alongside welcoming clients from all backgrounds, I hold specific clinical expertise in working with neurodivergence and the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities. My practice is actively neurodiversity-affirming: whether you are unpacking the toll of masking or navigating executive functioning, our work adapts to how you naturally communicate and process the world rather than imposing neurotypical expectations. Furthermore, with significant experience supporting transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals, I provide an informed, grounded environment to explore the relational, internal, and social realities of identity and transition without fear of judgment.
